If you want to have your pet on a certain special day, (gotcha date, birthday, ect...) click on the "Star of the Day" link. Choose the day you want and pay for it, once a date is bought it will no longer be available so be sure and grab your special date right away.

The Humane Society of Angelina County (HSAC) is excited to present the 2022 Pet Photo Calendar Contest. Have your pet featured in HSAC’s 2022 Calendar and help save the life of a homeless pet. Participation is easy! Take a photo of your dog or cat, create an account, login and click enter contest, enter your photo and then encourage people to vote.

All proceeds from the calendar contest go directly to providing care and covering medical expenses for vulnerable animals in Angelina County until they find a suitable home.

1. Submit a high-resolution photo of your dog or cat (.jpg, .jpeg, .png or .tiff at 1440 pixels x 1800 pixels or 2 MB), along with an entry fee of $30. With your photo entry, you are eligible for a free calendar when they are ready in December.

2. Get votes. Each vote costs $1 and there is no limit to how many votes you can purchase. Each vote is a donation to HSAC and goes directly to saving homeless animals. The more votes you get, the more the animals win!

3. Share this contest. Share the contest URL on your social media platforms and ask your family/friends to vote for your pet.

Voting & submission begin October 15, 2021 at 9 AM CST, and will end on November 12, 2021 at 9:59 PM CST.

The top 12 photos will be featured in our 2022 calendar, and the photo with the most votes will appear on the cover of the calendar!

Non-winning photos will be placed on days throughout the calendar.
