  • Enter by submitting a digital photo to this site! To enter a photo or piggy bank your money to vote now or later you must sign-up for an account. Valid entries must contain DOGS ONLY. No people please. More than one dog may be featured in the photo.
  • Animals must be portrayed in a loving & humane manner.
  • You may enter as many photos as you like, but you may want to pick your BEST photo to submit. This way you can best direct your family and friends to vote for one vs. multiple photos.
  • By submitting the photo, you certify that YOU ARE THE SOLE OWNER of that photo (i.e. a professional and/or studio does not have rights to that photo), and you grant Illinois Humane the right to use that photo free of charge and restrictions for marketing purposes. We encourage you to be YOUR OWN PHOTOGRAPHER.
