The Photo Contest opens at 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 17th and closes at 9:00 pm on Saturday, October 31st. There is no entry fee to participate. One photo submission will be accepted per person to show off your best costumes – people, pets, etc. in their finest, funniest or scariest Halloween attire. Each vote will be $5 and the photos that raise the most money will be named our top three winners. First Place is a $500 Amazon Gift Card, 2nd Place receives a large prize box, and 3rd Place receives a small prize box full of fun items for you and your feline friend!
