We Want Your Dog to Look Glamourous in Our Calendar!

The three primary reasons for disqualification of pictures are:

1. Too low of a resolution or blurry out-of-focus photos.

2. The picture of the dog is too far away.

3. The picture is too busy with other distracting items.

4, Aversive Collars - choke chains - pinch collars - electronic collars (we reserve the right to remove the photo or adjust the image)

Altered Rescued Pit Bulls or Pit Bull Mixes ONLY

It's CRITICAL that photos are taken with the highest size and/or resolution setting available on your camera/phone otherwise it's not possible to enlarge them and still keep them looking good.

When you submit digital images, do NOT make any modifications to the original picture. We'll make any modifications, if necessary if they are selected.

This IS a Rescued Pit Bull Calendar, submitted images should have a rescued Pit Bull in the photo. It's okay to have other animals in the photo with the Pit Bull, but we really want the focus of the photo on the dogs. (For the purposes of this contest, we define a "Rescue" as a dog that was rescued from a Shelter, Rescue Organization, through Shelter and Rescue contact lists, or off the streets (stray). Dogs purchased (or obtained) from breeders, pet shops or individuals typically do not qualify unless they have gone through the "Rescue experience". Contact us for a ruling if you believe you have such an exception.

Digital images are NOT returnable and become the sole property of PitBullary. By entering the Contest, entrants grant PitBullary permission to utilize their name, photo, and story on its website, newsletters, blog, and other publications used by the organization to further its mission.

If the image resolution is too low you will be asked to supply another photo. If a high-resolution image is unavailable, the next top-scoring photo may be selected to take its place in the calendar.

PitBullary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization all donations are deductible to the fullest extent of the law. All donations go to help dogs in need. Thank you for participating!

The Piggy Bank allows you to buy and store votes to use at a later date. You must create an account to use this feature.

Log in to your account and click on My Piggy Bank on the top menu, and enter the number of votes you want to purchase in the white box.

Click the Update Total button, the blue button right below will update with the number you entered to buy. Click the blue-button and you will be taken to your Paypal account, log in to your PayPal and purchase the votes.

Close the Paypal window once you have bought your votes and you are back at the contest, give it a few seconds for Paypal to acknowledge the transaction, and click My Piggy Bank on the menu again your votes will now be in your piggy bank.

Now go back to the home page, find the photo you want to vote for, and fill the white box with the number of votes you want to use from your piggy bank. You can use some or all, split them between photos or save them for later use.

To see which entries you voted for, return to the Dashboard, then click My Votes.

Votes can be cast for any entry, even your own! However, votes cannot be changed once submitted.

Voters do not have to use all their votes at the time of donation. You can store votes in your account (Piggy Bank) to use at a later time. Create an account click on the Piggy Bank tab and buy your votes. You can use them anytime during the duration of the contest. Any votes not used before contests end will be considered a donation (thank you)!
