How much does it cost to enter? The entry fee is $10.
How many photos can I enter? You can enter as many as you want - there is no limit.
Do I have to create an account to enter the contest? Yes, that is the only way you are able to enter the contest. Your account allows you to see which photos you entered as well as view who you recently voted for.
I just entered a photo, but I am not seeing it on the website yet. Did it go through?
We approve every photo that is entered to make sure it meets contest requirements and doesn't violate the official rules. Once we review the photo, you will receive an e-mail notifying if it was approved.
Does it cost any money to vote? Votes are $1 donation each, with a minimum donation of $5 for five votes via PayPal.
Do I have to create an account to vote? No, you don't have to create an account to vote. However, if you would like to cast votes for multiple dogs, we recommend creating an account so you can purchase votes in advance to be stored in your voting piggy bank until you are ready to use them. Refer to How to Vote section for more details.
How can I vote for more than one dog without having to check out each time I vote?
You will have to log in or create an account to purchase your votes in advance to be stored in your piggy bank where you can award those votes to as many (or as few pets) as desired - no minimum of votes per pet, just a $5 minimum purchase. By purchasing votes in advance, you can give one pet 3 votes and another 2 votes or you could give 5 pets 1 vote each!
Can I vote by mail? Of course - Mail-in votes must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on October 13, 2017 at the address listed below. To make sure a vote is credited to the correct photo, voters must identify the name of the pet, matching it exactly to the name on the website. Make checks payable to Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue.

Who gets on one of the calendar pages? The thirteen (13) beagles (one cover and 12 month) with the most votes on October 13, 2017 at 11:59 pm EDT will win the opportunity to be featured in the 2018 Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue Calendar.
What are the Photo Image Requirements for the Calendar contest? Photos should be at least 2400x2400 pixels, which is 8"x8" at a 300 dpi (or 35"x35" at 72dpi).
Can my photo be horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait)? Only horizontal photos are accepted.
Does my pet have to be a beagle to be in the calendar? To enter the contest, the pet must be a beagle or beagle mix. If the dog was adopted from TBBR, but not a beagle or beagle mix they can still enter. However, other dog breeds and companion pets can purchase a Pet of the Day for $5 as any animal can participate in Pet of the Day.
Does my beagle have to be adopted from Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue to enter the calendar contest? They do not need to have been adopted from us in order to enter.
I adopted my dog from TBBR, but they aren't a beagle or beagle mix. Can I still enter them into the contest? Yes - if your dog is not a beagle or beagle mix but was adopted from Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue, they are eligible to enter.
