You just need a photo of the pet (all animal types are welcome) and $5 per entry fee, submitted between Sept. 1 and Oct. 13, 2017. There is no limit to the number of pet days you can purchase.

Dates reserved on a first come first served basis. You can enter as many as 5 dates and 5 photos per form, once a date is chosen and paid for it is no longer available and will be blocked out.

Upload your horizontal photo - make sure the file name has your pet's name - choose up to 5 dates and 5 photos. Once a date is paid for it will be blocked out and no longer available, be sure the dates are for the year 2018. If the 2018 date you want can't be selected, that means it is no longer available.
